The World Customs Organization (WCO) will be conducting the Customs Integrity Perception Survey (CIPS) during the month of August 2026 with the assistance of Internal Affairs Unit of Sri Lanka Customs.
The Customs Integrity Perception Survey is an important initiative undertaken by the WCO to assess the perception regarding integrity, transparency, and service delivery within Sri Lanka Customs. The findings of the survey will contribute significantly towards strengthening integrity measures and enhancing Customs procedures and stakeholder engagement.
To all eligible persons representing the private sector as well as the customs service will be provided set of specific survey questions via web links.
Such persons can submit the answers using Mobile phones, Tablets, Desktop Computers, Laptops etc. within the stipulated time period. All responses will be treated strictly confidential.
Survey Period: 17th August-31st August
