What is ASYHUB?

ASYHUB is a cloud-native, open, and standardized platform developed by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) under its ASYCUDA Programme. It serves as the central integration hub between Sri Lanka Customs' ASYCUDA World system and all external stakeholders involved in maritime trade.

MANDATE

Regulatory Requirement

Sri Lanka Customs has formally mandated the use of ASYHUB for all cargo manifest submissions, superseding all previous paper-based and legacy electronic processes.

📅 Effective 07 May 2025
Exclusive use of ASYHUB is mandatory for all cargo manifest submissions to Sri Lanka Customs. This transition marks a significant step in modernizing the country's customs processes, aligning with international standards for digital trade facilitation.
⚠️ Action Required: All shipping lines, freight forwarders, and port operators must register on ASYHUB and ensure their systems are configured for manifest submission. Non-compliance may result in delays in cargo processing.
Registered users can access ASYHUB at asyhub.customs.gov.lk. New users must complete the registration process using the ASYHUB User Registration Guideline below.
